The program was initiated in 1969 by Turner Construction Company in an effort to improve the economic viability of under-represented business enterprises and increase the number and quality of opportunities available to growing businesses. Today, the Turner School of Construction Management is offered in more than 30 of Turner's offices nationwide. This program continues Turner's long-standing commitment to the small and disadvantaged business community.
